Days 1 to 2
Kickoff and scope
We lock the single workflow to validate and the single KPI that defines success. We define the data source or system to connect and the security, access, and integration constraints. You get a written, signed scope.
Days 3 to 4
Baseline
We measure the current state of the workflow as it runs today: time, volume, errors, or the agreed KPI. With no baseline there is nothing to compare against, so we capture it first.
Days 5 to 8
Build
We build a working AI automation or agent on your real data, connected to one source or system. It is not a mockup. It runs the bounded workflow end to end.
Day 9
Measure
We run the automation against the baseline and capture the measured result on the same KPI. Comparable numbers, not impressions.
Day 10
Recommendation
We deliver the scale, revise, or stop recommendation, along with the production scope and an estimate (marked as an estimate). You leave with a decision backed by data.
